For those who prefer not to enlist in unlimited memberships, you can purchase an individual class

 

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Monday, Wednesday, & Friday: 12:00pm to 1:30pm  

Little Grasshoppers (ages 4-6): Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 4:00-5:00pm

Kids Classes (ages 6-9): Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 5:00pm to 6:00pm

Kids Classes (ages 9-14): Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 6:00 to 7:00pm

Adult Classes (ages 14 and up): Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 7:00pm to 8:30pm           Adult Fundamentals Class Friday at 6:30pm-7:30pm

Adult Jiu-Jitsu Classes Tuesdays & Thursdays from Noon to 1pm are taught out of CrossFit Vacaville

Here we incorporate cardio intervals between rope exercises to help you build leaner muscles. This class is for those who have taken at least four sessions of Pull Your Weight I.
